Michael has had a love for Real Estate for many decades. Obtaining his Real Estate License in Maine in the 80’s sparked his interest in the career he would build in Lending years later in California. After serving as a flyer in the United States Air Force from 1993 to 1997, Michael renewed his love for Real Estate and the service of others by becoming a Mortgage Lender in 1997, and ultimately joining the 5th branch of American Pacific Mortgage, dba Big Valley Mortgage in May of 1999. Michael graduated from Saint Mary’s College with honors in 2002, and received a degree in Business Management. After becoming a top producer, Michael became a partner, and ultimately took on full responsibility as the Branch Manager in 2004.
With a military background, Michael has the ability to get the job done, often times under miraculous conditions, and always with the help of his cherished team. As a Veteran, Michael is fond of helping others, and especially those that put their lives on the line to protect this great country of ours.

In an effort to prepare for your loan application appointment, below is a checklist of documentations that your loan officer may request.
Current photo identification (driver’s license or ID card) for each borrower
Social security card
Resident alien card
Current pay stubs (1 full month)
W2s/1099s (last 2 years) and names and addresses of each employer
Evidence of social security/retirement income (i.e. copy of check or award letter)
Federal tax returns, with all schedules/attachments (last 2 years)
Partnership/corporate tax returns (last 2 years)
Signed year-to-date profit and loss statement
K1s for all partnerships
Evidence of child support income (i.e. 12 months cancelled checks)
Rental agreements on all rental properties
Bank statements, all pages (last 2 to 3 months)
Money market statements (last 2 to 3 months)
Original gift letter
Copy of transfer of gift funds to escrow or your bank account (ask us first)
Verification of donor’s ability to give gift funds (i.e. bank statement)
Copy of current mortgage Note (refinance only)
Declaration page from current hazard
Insurance policy or preferred insurance provider
Landlord addresses (last 2 years)
Complete divorce settlement document
Complete bankruptcy papers
Explanation of derogatory credit
