I joined Big Valley Mortgage in June of 2011 as a Sr. Mortgage Consultant and specializing new business development for residential mortgage lending. I have been a Mortgage Consultant for twenty years developing a wide array of business partners, working directly with borrowers, referral sources, and with many different programs and loan products. Some of the referral sources I have worked with include; Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, Builders, Business Owners and Lead Groups.

Prior to joining Big Valley Mortgage I served as a Branch Manager for Cobalt Financial and Fischer Mortgage & Investments Corp. My duties involved operation and management of a branch office and its employees including Corporate Affairs and overall operations/sales and marketing.

Over the span of my career, I have been involved in multiple types of Real Estate financing ranging from interim financing, construction , ‘take-out’ financing, FHA, VA, Conventional, non-conforming and commercial. I have directly been responsible for such high-profile projects as BIG 5, Office-Max, and residential subdivisions.

The past 25 years I have resided in El Dorado County, enjoying being an active part of my community. I have served on the El Dorado County Association of Realtors, RESPA Ethics Committee, New Realtor Orientation Committee, as well as volunteering with Fiduciary Abuse Specialist Team (FAST) within the El Dorado County Sherriff Department’s Special Investigations Unit. I have authored “Money Matters”, a local weekly newspaper column to help educate the community with topics relating to real estate and finance.

I am a Father to three Sons and a Daughter. l enjoy being an active father volunteering in school events and coaching their multiple teams. As a family, we enjoy camping, boating, snowboarding, hiking and outdoor activities.

While working in the Folsom office, I will continue to maintain my relationships in the Foothills. I look forward to building new friendships and business relations within the Sacramento Valley.
