This option offers you the chance to earn additional monthly revenue by renting out desk space to one or more of our professional Loan Officers. Through the desk rental, you obtain direct access to one of our trusted in-house lenders alongside the backing and support of the entire Big Valley Mortgage (BVM) and American Pacific Mortgage Corporation (APMC) family.
Our Supportive Involvement in Community Events
Another way that BVM gets involved with our strategic partners is through sponsoring and volunteering in your community events. We have participated in and sponsored hundreds of events and helped raise thousands in support of good causes for the communities we and our partners serve.
Access to our Corporate Headquarters and Supporting Staff
Our main BVM and APMC headquarters are located in Roseville, CA and will back your company with their team of processors, underwriters, managers, and even the owner if necessary.
