NMLS #2182101 | Loan Officer
What originally sparked my interest in the mortgage business is that Bill Wolfe (my father) has been a top producing Licensed Mortgage Planner for over 30 years. I was raised watching him help people with the important task of their home financing. The balance between crunching numbers and looking out for his clients’ best interests and getting to know them is something I want to copy in my own career.
After graduating high school, I went to the University of Nevada (UNR) to pursue a degree in finance. While attending UNR, I served as an intern for American Pacific Mortgage (APM), the parent company to BVM. During my time as an intern, I got to see multiple aspects of the mortgage business on both the production and the branch startup side. In March of 2021, I officially kicked off my career in the Mortgage Industry as an Loan Officer Assistant with APM. During my time as an LOA, I continued to learn about various aspects of the business, which paved the way for becoming a Licensed Mortgage Planner. I officially got licensed and became a Loan Officer with BVM in March of 2022.
Taking out a home loan and transitioning into homeownership is one of the biggest financial decisions that a person can make in their life. And since most people’s biggest monthly outgo is their housing expenses and their home is typically their biggest asset, staying in touch to help advise them as they move through different life cycles is an important additional aspect of my job. Thus, my goal is to serve as a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly advisor they can count on to land the dream of homeownership and beyond.
When I am not in the office, you can find me in the trees, rocks, and trails of the West Coast riding bikes, skiing, and climbing anything I can find.
I look forward to serving many California and Nevada residents on their homeownership journeys that await!
