With over 20 years of experience, Halee Daily is known within the industry for her attention to detail, thorough follow-up, and extensive product knowledge. She has the unique ability to connect with clients and guide her students ensuring the achievement of their real estate and financial goals. Halee meets challenges with a positive attitude, adding resourcefulness and creativity to get the job done! As a Mortgage Educator, she has combined her many years of hands-on experience in lending to create a holistic approach to Origination Practices unique to American Pacific Mortgage.

Halee (Epling) Daily began her career in Real Estate and Mortgage Lending in 1998, after graduating from California State University of Sacramento with a B.A. in Human Development and Psychology. After a successful start in the Wholesale Mortgage Lending business, she transitioned to working directly with borrowers as a Loan Officer gravitating to First Time Home Buyers. Halee furthered her knowledge of the Mortgage Lending industry in 2005, by receiving her CA Broker’s License with the Department of Real Estate. She specializes in down payment assistant options, investment portfolio lending, and credit repair for future investing.

Halee has been a resident of Roseville since the early 1980s, and takes great pride in the gift of being a parent, and balancing life with her two children and their love for sports! The family enjoys being outdoors water skiing, playing volleyball, and mountain biking around Folsom Lake.
