My name is Jim Wagner,

I am a Sacramento resident with over 20 years of experience as a finance professional. I have the expertise necessary to provide you with a seamless home mortgage with ease and the highest level of professionalism every step of the way!

Directly out of college, I went into public accounting in the San Francisco Bay area. From there, I became a financial controller supporting a fortune 500 firm out of Northern California. I then transitioned into sales, working my way up to being a national sales director for one of the largest international staffing firms worldwide.

Finally, my financial and sales background led me to my current role as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry. I wanted to return to my core values of helping individuals and families directly.

I know that a home mortgage can be intimidating and confusing.

My goal is to make it simple, understandable, and easy!

I am committed to walking you through the process that can ultimately lead you to a lifelong dream of home ownership and the achievement of great personal success and the potential for great financial growth.

When not working as a Loan Officer, I specifically enjoy time with my family and a wide variety of outdoor activities. I enjoy travel, near or far, camping, motorcycle rides in the country, as well as creative home projects and working on my yard. I am very proud of my three children and love spending time with my four granddaughters. They keep me plenty busy in my spare time in the best ways.
