John Le's Bio

After hitting 10 strikes out of 12 throws in a bowling game, I considered joining the PBA. I realized in the very next game that it was going to take a lot more than that to be a professional bowler, so I kept my day job doing home loans. Rest assured, I will bring that same competitiveness and determination when helping with your mortgage goals.

I am a father of 2 wonderful girls, and it is the greatest joy of my life. I would be lying if I said that doing loans is my passion because, in all honesty, my passion is parenting these 2 girls. However, you can be confident that I will bring the same level of dedication and nurturing in walking with you through the home loan process, and your homeownership journey.

I’ve been a part of the mortgage and real estate industry since I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2003. In 2013, I took a break from my mortgage career to earn my MBA and teach at the college level, sharing my experiences, wins and losses, with the next generation of leaders. Character development happens at all ages, so when not teaching college and adult learners, I also volunteer with the Invictus Youth Foundation, where we teach character and life lessons to young children in the community through sports camps and clinics. Fast forward to today and I have come full circle, still teaching and volunteering, but also diving back into the dynamic and fast paced mortgage industry.

I want you to know that I am vested and find joy in the success of others. Whether it’s a homeowner needing help with refinancing goals, a family buying their first home, or a real estate agent looking to build their business, I am proud and honored to be a part of that journey.
