Monica Guiton has been originating home loans and making dreams come true for her clients for more than 25 years. Whether it’s helping clients get the financing to purchase a new home, investment property, or refinancing an existing mortgage, Monica thrives on customer service. To ensure her customers feel comfortable and at ease with the entire home mortgage process, she works closely with each client from the application to the closing.
Monica serves in the Central Coast Five Cities as well as the Central Valley and its surrounding areas. She has the tools and resources to assist clients throughout the U.S. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Monica is also a speaker and a Peak Performance Coach for both Mortgage and Real Estate Professionals. Outside of business, she enjoys family time and serving at her home church. Monica is very active in her community and loves giving back.
