My background in the industry goes back to my very first job as a receptionist for a major real estate company at age 16. Working alongside real estate agents and customers alike, I got my first taste of the American Dream of Home-Ownership and knew I wanted more. Not long after, I took a second job as a receptionist for a mortgage company and began to see this dream from another angle that prompted me to purchase my first home. After that, I knew that I wanted to help others feel the sense of accomplishment and pride that came with owning a home — moreover, I knew that I had a unique perspective that I could use to the benefit of my customers’ experience.
Customer experience and education is my #1 priority; honing in on individual goals, both short and long term, to ensure that all appropriate options are explored, so I can help find a competitive financial solution that meets those needs. Taking that solution and seeing it through to closing with constant communication and setting appropriate expectations is how those priorities are accomplished.
My goal is to form trusted relationships that will last far beyond the end of any one particular transaction; I work to impact the lives of families in and around my community to become a future resource not just for them, but for their friends and families as well. I love what I do, and you can feel that when you work with me!
