Beth understands loan guidelines, ranging from state to state and varying, complex programs, including First Time Homebuyer loans, Down Payment Assistant programs, and VA loans, to name a few.
Beth began her career in banking in 1981 and has helped thousands of people navigate through many economic conditions to meet their financial goals. Starting as a teller at Bank of America in the Los Angeles area, she quickly worked her way upholding the positions of Branch Manager and Financial Advisor at another major bank, and eventually opened her own Financial Investment company. Beth’s desire is to give people peace of mind around their finances. She has even developed and led seminars to assist people in recognizing their individual blocks to financial success.
Beth moved to the Sacramento area in 2000 with her family and joined the Folsom Lake Kiwanis shortly afterward, serving as Treasurer for several years. Still a member of the club, Beth is passionate about working in the community, supporting fundraisers for scholarships and youth programs.
