Loan Officer
Kam was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She started her career in banking in 1999, following her passion to get into real estate, she relocated to northern California in 2005. Integrity is the cornerstone of Kam’s business. She handles each client’s situation with a unique, personalized approach, by getting them a loan that fits their needs at a competitive rate. She has originated and closed many challenging transactions and has worked with several first time home-buyers, self-employed borrowers, low-to-moderate income borrowers and high net worth borrowers. She strives to match borrowers with a mortgage loan product that will benefit them financially. One thing that puts Ms. Grant aside from other Mortgage Loan Originators is her constant availability to her borrowers and Realtors. Her goal is to make deals close and doors open.
Her daughter is her pride and joy. When not in the office Kam maintains a healthy balance in her life by immersing herself in non-profit organizations and participating in various community workshops for the betterment of the communities which she serves. Kam is also a proud active member of the local Sacramento Realtist Association. Aside from that, she can be found spending quality time with her daughter and friends or traveling the world in search for the latest and greatest restaurants.
