My circumstances surrounding how I acquired my current property are unusual. My dear friend passed away and I inherited her home due to her kindness. It was and still is an emotional time for me dealing with my friend's death, moving into her home and dealing with all the loan documents and proof I needed for the loan. Krista was not only helpful guiding me through the loan steps, but she was also compassionate, understanding and patient. I know some days I was just not emotionally strong to seek out documents and such. I am sure had my circumstances been different, I would have secured the loan much quicker. Krista emailed, texted, and called me to keep me on track. As this is my first home loan, I do not know the usual process. But for me, she allowed me grace for my emotional moments.
