My name is Roy Farhi, a Mortgage Loan Originator born in Brooklyn, New York!

A bit about me, I am a B.A. graduate of the CA State University system and received my Mortgage Loan Originators license in 2021. Along with my license as a loan originator, I also hold Life and Health Licenses and Property and Casualty Licenses from the Insurance Industry. With my licensing and expertise, I am willing, wanting, and able to help you attain your dreams and aspirations, and I strive to help as many people as possible.

So, how do I become more than a RATE to you? How do we transcend that NOT all Credit Scores are created equal at times? That one’s conventional loan might mean another’s cash-out refinance? Through this one simple fact, WE are on this Loan Journey together.

I have 30 years of a highly successful sales career (and being a non-drinker by choice) in the Alcohol Beverage Industry. I understand “follow up and follow through” (social media also Spoken here) of getting the job done and the effort, the time, and the caring it takes to get a relationship for life. I have been in both the buyers’ and sellers’ real estate positions personally and understand and empathize from my buying and selling experiences.

I currently reside in Folsom, California with my wife and biggest supporter of almost 34 Years, Amy. We have two beautiful daughters Rachel and Rebecca. We try to live a Minimalist Lifestyle as grateful for our blessings. I have a passion for the Stock Market, hole-in-the-wall restaurants with good food, and great coffee, and learning more technology, education, and life knowledge and skills.

I love working out and physical fitness and have been a Combat Sports official (the regulation of MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, etc.) for the State of CA. for the last 16 years.
