With a strong background in financial services and over 25 years of leadership experience, I bring a hands-on, results-driven approach to supporting loan originators and growing high-performing teams. I’m passionate about building relationships, driving production, and creating a culture where people thrive.

My career began with a degree in Sports Medicine from St. Mary’s College, and I’ve carried that same team-oriented mindset into every role since. I’m well-versed in negotiation, sales strategy, contract management, and business development—and I know how to bring people together to achieve common goals.

I've coached just about every sport you can imagine. That background continues to shape my leadership style: direct, supportive, competitive, and always encouraging. I love what I do—and I believe business should be productive, collaborative, and yes, fun. You’ll rarely catch me without a laugh.
