Kassi Dunn's Bio

Kassi and her family relocated from Wyoming to California in June of 2019. She may be new to the originator position, but she has over 20 years of experience in customer service with the past 6 in the real estate and financial industry. Kassi spent 2 years with First American Title as an Escrow Officer where she built strong relationships with local real estate agents and customers, which helped lead to her success as a consumer/commercial lender with Pinnacle Bank for the past 4 years. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Financial Management.

Kassi purchased her first home at 20 years old and remembers the feeling of excitement and accomplishment she felt at the closing table. She is excited to help other individuals and families achieve the same feeling. When shopping for a mortgage professional, you need someone who you can rely on. Kassi will support you through the loan process from pre-approval to closing. Her number one goal is to ensure that you have a stress-free experience. She is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to all of her clients and referral partners, no matter how big or small the transaction is.

Kassi has been married to her husband Jeramie for 10 years and they have two amazing children. Their daughter, Janaiya, is a dancer, and their son, Keaton, plays every sport offered to him. When she isn’t busy transporting her children to practices and events, she enjoys running, traveling with her family, and relaxing at the beach.
